We do not vouch for, warrant or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the Discussion Board or any entity associated with the Discussion Board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately, where we will endeavor to remove the message(s) in question within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

We also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you. Members
Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning.

Members are asked to not act as “back seat moderators”. If members note an issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the Moderator Team. Please use the “post report” feature to report posts. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who constantly “act” as moderators may be warned.

Members should respect the bandwidth of other users and sites. The use of inline () image tags pointing to data stored on third party systems for which the user has not received permission to link to may be removed.

Members should post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing". That is users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or coloured text, etc. Similarly users should not SHOUT or use excessive punctuation (e.g. ! and ?) in topic titles or posts. Users consistently abusing this will be warned.

Members should remember this board is aimed at a general audience. Posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to a permanent ban.

Avatars
User defined avatars are to be no larger than 100 pixels square, contain no animation, contain no image which attempts to portray the user as having an official status here (e.g. mimicking ranks or copying avatars of team members), may not exceed 12KiB (12288 Bytes) in filesize and have a consistently high availability (i.e. links to images on slow servers or those prone to failure may be removed)

Pictures
By using custom pictures for your dogs or custom pictures for your kennel slogans, you accept responsibility for ensuring that the content of the pictures does not contain objectionable or obscene material. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or this site. We reserve the right to update and or remove any picture that we feel is not appropriate for this site at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse access to this site for anybody who violates these restrictions.

We do not accept responsibility for the pictures our users choose to submit for their dog pictures or on their kennel slogan pages. If you find a picture with objectionable content or an image being used without your consent, please contact us and we will remove the picture immediately. If you send pictures in to Breeders.ph or Wild Concepts Innovative Works, you convey all copyrights and unlimited permission to use the picture to Wild Concepts Innovative Works.

Users posting pictures on their kennel slogans and/or dog information pages warrant that they own the content posted and that posting of the content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any entity. Users agree to pay all royalties, fees, and legal costs associated with pictures posted on their kennel slogans and dog information pages.

Advertising
Advertising other websites in the Breeders.ph discussion board is not permitted without the prior written consent of Wild Concepts Innovative Works.

Spam / Private Messaging
Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance.

All rules where applicable also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings and/or the revocation of private messaging. The moderating, support and other teams reserve the right to edit, remove or put on moderation queue any post at any time. Please note that currently any very first post is automatically placed in the moderation queue and will be approved/disapproved according to the present Rules. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to Team Members and not users.

Hyperlinking Policy
As a convenience to you, Breeders.ph may provide, on this site, links to web sites operated by other entities. If you use these sites, you will leave this site. If you decide to visit any linked site, you do so at your own risk and it is your responsibility to take all protective measures to guard against viruses or other destructive elements. Breeders.ph makes no warranty or representation regarding, and does not endorse, any linked Web sites or the information appearing thereon or any of the products or services described thereon. Links do not imply that Breeders.ph or this site sponsors, endorses, is affiliated or associated with, or is legally authorized to use any trademark, trade name, logo or copyright symbol displayed in or accessible through the links, or that any linked site is authorized to use any trademark, trade name, logo or copyright symbol of Breeders.ph.

Use of Scripts
The use of any scripts outside of the Breeders.ph website written in PERL, Javascript, CGI, PHP, ASP, or any other programming language on this site is strictly prohibited. Any such use will constitute in the offenders account(s) being immediately shut down, and the offender will be banned from all further use of Breeders.ph.

Site Bugs By using forum.Breeders.ph, you agree to report any bugs to us via the "Contact Us" link on the website. Any user found abusing a bug within the site to gain an advantage will immediately have their account(s) shut down for investigation and possibly banned.

User Tracking
You agree to allow Breeders.ph to collect your IP address and time of login or visit any page of this website. You agree to allow Breeders.ph to place cookies in your computer. IP logging and cookie placement are merely done to prevent fraud within the simulation and to enhance your use of this website.

Banning Policy
Breeders.ph operates a three strike policy. Users will be warned a maximum of three times for any and all offences in a three month period. If the need arises for a fourth warning a temporary ban will beput in place of between 1 to 7 days

Arguing with board modereators after having received a warning will lead to an immediate additional warning. Should this exceed three strikes a temporary ban will be put in place as above.

Members who feel they have been unfairly warned are welcome to contact the relevant team leader, e.g. if warned by a moderator you should contact the Moderator team leader. If they feel you were treated badly they remove a warning.

Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban or other moderator action will lead to a permanent ban of your account(s). Circumvention includes re-registering or using an already registered account under a non-banned username. Other examples include changing IP addresses, using a new email account or other action that can be taken to evade moderator action to hide your identity as the owner of the sanctioned account.

An exception to the three strike rule applies when users contact team members personally (via any method) and post insulting, indecent or vulgar material. Such users may be subject to an immediate permanent ban.

Permanent bans are a last resort and thought is given before implementing them. While phpBB may consider lifting permanent bans from time to time this is a rare occurrence

Limitation of Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL BREEDERS.PH, WILD CONCEPTS INNOVATIVE WORKS OR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM) THAT ARE RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND FUNCTIONS OF THE SITE OR ANY LINKED WEBSITE, EVEN IF BREEDERS.PH IS EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
